After spending his day in town haggling prices with the locals and posting a request on the local bounty board for some bodyguards, he heads to his carriage to spend the night mumbling to himself I'de rather not hire those thugs outside of town but if nobody accepts my request i wont have a choice. he settles down in the carriage and goes to sleep for the night.

Dolen finds a travailing merchant, he walks up to the dwarf " Are you looking for some Guards for your Caravan." the spirit looks around to see golden chests and many other materials there he comes back to Dolen "We need money for an army maybe he can help us." Dolen looks around to see his merchandise "Perhaps." Dolen stands there waiting for the dwarfs response.

Looking over the two humans he sits smoking his pipe. well two isn't enough but it's a start. it seems that this is all i will get from this town. he then addresses the humans. lets get going already we have many stops along the way and i need to be in winter fall in two weeks. he grabs the reigns and the horses start walking. you boys will get two thousand five hundred gold coins each when we get there.

before they get too far Gorik pulls the carriage over next to the settlement outside of town a lone guard looks over at him and yells. State your business. I seek two men willing and able to escort me to winterfall, I am willing to pay 500 to each of them when we arrive. Immediately two men walk out from behind a tent and exclaim. Look no further we shall join you. Alright lets go. Gorik pops the reigns and they continue forward.

Two men walk up. Brothers from the looks of them, they were lightly armoured but still looked like seasoned guards. "Connor, and Hawking at your service sir. 500 Gold pieces and we're all yours."

After setting up camp Gorik moves to the back of the carriage and pulls out some food. that'll be 2 gold each he walks around camp handing out food. Eat up boys and get a good nights sleep, I feel it's going to be a busy day tomorrow.

Dolen gave 2 gold to the dwarf and take the food and water he then walks over to a tree on the edge of the camp site. After Dolen finished eating he took a look around to make sure nothing was coming down the road . Dolen saw nothing and went to sleep.

A man approaches the caravan as the sun sets. "Sir, master dwarf. I have a item I would like to sell to you. For 4,000 gold pieces I have a bag of ever replenishing Rations. Once every 24 hours it generates a days worth of rations in it. He pulls out a bag it has a variety of blue and red magic symbols on it.

I have had this for a long time, It's certainly something to have when you're adventuring. But my life is settling down now. And I thought it was high time to sell it.

The next morning the group packs up and keeps on down the road. A group of bandits stand at poorly made gate. The leader walks up to the dwarf. "I'm afraid it will cost a 250 gold pieces to pass through this gate."

as the group pulls up to the gate the gatesman barks our orders for money to which Gorik exclaims.I came through here not a fort night ago and this so called gated was not here, I might have actually paid you if it were not such a pitiful attempt. Gorik turns to his bodyguards, ok boys time to earn your keep.
